𝟭/ 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗽 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 (𝗖𝗮̀ 𝗣𝗵𝗲̂ 𝗦𝘂̛̃𝗮): This is perhaps the most famous and beloved type of coffee in Vietnam. It’s made using a small metal drip filter (phin) and typically brewed with coarsely ground dark roast coffee. Condensed milk is often added to sweeten the coffee, resulting in a rich and creamy drink.

The special type is racket coffee. Since 1950, racket coffee began to appear in Vietnam and quickly became a heritage, a typical cultural feature of Saigon people until today.
