8.30 am pick up at your hotel, and start the Hanoi old quarter tour on to beautiful Tran Quoc Pagoda located on the shores of Lake West. After that, we visit the Ho Chi Minh complex:

Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum – the final resting place of the Vietnamese great-father or Uncle Ho. President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house- where he lived on and off from 1958 to 1969.

The next place to move to is One Pillar Pagoda. This is a group of structures consisting of a pagoda and a tower built in the middle of a square lake. Leave the Pagoda for the Temple of Literature – the first college of Vietnam and the place dedicated to Confucian.

Lunch is served at a local restaurant for a taste of authentic Hanoi cuisine.

Afterward, we spend time walking around the old quarter to see the ancient architecture, the special local food, and also many souvenir stores. Overnight in Ha Noi.

8:20 – 8:50  A limousine bus picks the guests up at your hotel in the old quarter.

12:00 – 12.30  The crew members of the cruises will welcome you at No.34, Tuan Chau Marina, Quang Ninh.

13.00 You will be taken aboard our support vessel and travel from the wharf via the bay to board our luxurious craft. The itinerary briefing is announced during this time.

This is the best time for kayaking to discover the truest beauty of the limestone islands. Immerse yourself in the emerald green water of the bay or enjoy the Jacuzzi pool on our Cruises.

17:30 – 18:30 Join us for a Cooking demonstration to learn how to make one of the most famous Vietnamese cuisines, the spring rolls.

Or reach the top deck of the cruise where the guests can admire the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. Enjoy a Happy Hour time – BUY ONE GET ONE FREE at the bar. It is an ideal time for photography enthusiasts to capture the greatest moment of sunset over Lan Ha Bay.

19.30 Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served by our skillful chef.

This is a delightful meal in an intimate romantic setting.

21:00 – 22.00 Relax and sip the exotic cocktails and drinks at the sky bar (with a surcharge).

Indulge yourself with spa service (optional) or simply relax on the top deck just under the cover of a brightly illuminated sky.

Or try to get your luck at the squid fishing on the main deck.

6:00  Begin the day full of energy with the Tai Chi session and enjoy the sunrise over the bay.

6:45 – 7.15    Breakfast is served at the restaurant.

8:00 – 8:30    The guests are transferred to a day trip boat and set sail for the further Lan Ha Bay – cruising along the peaceful and quiet nature of the bay. Or you are free to relax on a cruise if you do not like to move for a day trip.

10:30 – 11:00  After reaching Viet Hai jetty, the guest will have a great experience cycling or having a ride on an e-cart to Viet Hai village through the tropical rainforest canopy and towering limestone mountains, also surrounded by the green.

Learn about the villager’s daily life and how people built and lived in bamboo thatched houses; the earthen walls are made of straw and mud covered with trellis, forming walls to block rain and wind.

12:15 – 13:30   Return to the day trip boat and enjoy lunch at the restaurant while the boat is cruising to the kayaking and swimming spot.

13:30 Explore the secluded and quiet lagoon by kayak or having a swim off the boat is great fun.

16:30  Head back to the cruises to relax. Have a soak in the Jacuzzi pool. Enjoy the music and your favorite drinks by the pool.

17:30 – 18:30 Enjoy “happy hour” on the deck and BUY ONE GET ONE FREE. Watch the sunset falling on the bay. Attend the cooking demonstration to learn the different types of Vietnamese spring rolls.

19:30 Dinner is served at our cruise restaurant.

21:00 – 22:00 Enjoy the nightlife of the bay from the deck. Immerse yourself in music. Taste some cocktails at the bar. Otherwise, you can go squid fishing with the sailors or simply relax in the room and watch Ha Long Bay from the balcony.

6:00 Begin the day full of energy with the Tai Chi session and enjoy the sun just rising up beyond the horizon.

6:45 – 7:15 Breakfast is served while cruising back to Gia Luan jetty. (Breakfast time maybe adjust and follow the real itinerary)

7:30 – 9:00 You will join the tour of Cat Ba World Biosphere by transshipment. It takes 30 minutes to transfer from Gia Luan to Trung Trang – one of the most impressive caves in Cat Ba island, Vietnam. The limestone cave has thousands of talactites in various shapes, offering geological values with a typical cave ecosystem.

9:30  Return to the main boat from the cave and the guests will do the cabin check out. Luggage is placed outside of the cabin.

Lunch is served at the restaurant. Settle the bar bill by the desk at the restaurant (if any)

10:30 – 11:00 Disembark the cruises and transferred back to Block #34, Big Bay group terminal, Tuan Chau Marina. Relax and wait for the luggage.

11:30 – 12:00 The guests are ready at Tuan Chau Marina. Upon arrival in Ha Noi, we arrange with another private car to transfer to Noi Bai Airport and flight departure to Ho Chi Minh City. Pick-up services and hotel for check-in. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

In the morning, our guide and driver welcome you at your accommodation and depart to Cu Chi tunnels. Located about 70 Km from Ho Chi Minh City, this complicated underground network was built by Viet Cong guerillas in their fight for independence against foreign aggressors.

Upon arrival, you will watch a documentary film about one of the most sophisticated man-made tunnels together with its extraordinary wartime legends.

Walkthrough the jungle visiting the traps, the secret entrances, the bunkers, and underground hideouts still in one piece. Have the opportunity to fire real wartime weapons at the riffle range of Cu Chi Tunnels. (Bullets not included).

• See the rice paper (spring roll skin) and rice-wine production line.
• Crawl into the tunnels and experience the feeling of life in the tunnels.
• Take a rest, drink green tea, and eat tapioca – the main food served during wartime.

Have lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, we will drive back to Ho Chi Minh to visit:

• War Remnants Museum
• Notre Dame Cathedral
• Sai Gon Central Post Office

5 pm: We return you to your accommodation. Overnight in HCMC.

** What should we bring when a visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels?

A short 2-hour car transfer delivers you to the pristine natural beauty that is Ben Tre Province. Known as “Coconut Island,” many of its people still rely on tradition and centuries-old methods of production. Our program focuses on the Going Trom and Phong Nam districts, areas untouched by commercial tourism.

We showcase the amazing local people, the villages they call home, and the peaceful Rivers they use as a part of their daily lives.

Depart from Saigon around 7:00 am and head south to Ben Tre province, famous for its coconut production and quiet, peaceful waterways.

On arrival, take a Xe Loi ride through the local village of Huu Dinh to enjoy the green fields and gardens. Continue with a short walk to Huu Phuoc Bridge, where you will start your boat trip through small canals with beautiful tropical scenery. On board, the boat, enjoy a welcome drink and tropical fruits while cruising.

The cruise will first stop at a Coconut processing family-owned business. Here you will learn what Ben Tre is known for and the hundreds of uses of every single coconut. Return to your boat and cruise across the water to a brick-making factory, where the locals still use centuries-old traditional methods to make the bricks by hand. Enjoy a casual cycling trip that will take you to visit a local rice noodle factory that produces Hu Tieu noodles, one of the most popular dishes in the region.

After your visit takes a short walk to one of our friends, Mrs. Huong, who lives with her 3 children and grandson – they live on fishing, shrimp, and fruit orchards. Enjoy fresh fruits and tea and then board a rowing sampan taking you through a lush narrow canal, displaying the tranquil nature of the region.

After our team rows you through the quiet canal, reconnect with your Day Cruiser and enjoy a cruise to a private riverside restaurant. It is time for you to relax and enjoy a 5-course lunch of local specialties. Relax and have a walk around the lush garden setting. Then continue your cycling trip to My Long to visit Mr. Sau Tuong, a former Vietcong soldier who survived two years fighting the Khmer Rouge in Phnom Penh. Now he and his wife live on making rice paper which is the most famous specialty of My Long village. Have a chat with him and enjoy the crispy rice paper made by his wife, and see how it is made.

After the visit, the boat will be waiting for you at the pier nearby to bring you back to Ben Tre City where your car will be ready to take you to Can Tho. Upon arrival, the hotel for check in. Overnight in Can Tho.

We have breakfast at the hotel before we take the boat to visit the Cai Rang floating market on the Mekong River.

This floating market, despite not being the largest of all, is the one that has the most commercial activities. It offers the opportunity to contemplate the hustle and bustle of hundreds of small boats and even canoes.

The boat was filled to the brim with fruits, vegetables, and rice (excellent rice from this area of the Mekong). We pay a visit to the local fruit garden where you can taste the tropical fruits.

Back to the hotel and we depart the flight to Phu Quoc. Upon arrival, our driver will get transferred you to the hotel. Overnight in Phu Quoc island.
